I was very interested in purchasing a certified 2016 Cayenne at Larsen Porsche. Lamar had all the answers to the questions I had about the vehicle and made the whole experience very easy. My fault I didn’t buy it fast enough before someone else (in another state) bought it. Hope to deal with Lamar agian. Real soon.
My first and only experience with service was good. Past experience with sales not so good this is why I bought my SQ5 from Beaverton OR. I do feel some updating on the overall campus could be beneficial.
In November 2018, I purchased a 2019 Cayenne from Porsche of Tacoma. Stanton (GM), Robert (Finance), and Andrew (Audi Tacoma) ensured that I had a superb experience. Robert took the time to explain the bill of sale to me line-by-line. Andrew took immediate action to provide me with a loaner when I left my new Cayenne to have the protective coating applied to the paint. Stanton was engaged in the delivery of my vehicle from start to finish. My 2019 Cayenne purchase was not my first and I know the type of service that is part of the Porsche purchasing experience. Overall, I feel Porsche of Tacoma rolled out the red carpet for me, and I am THOROUGHLY satisfied with the level of service provided by the dealership in general and that of Robert, Andrew, and Stanton in particular. I recommend Porsche of Tacoma to anyone who wants to have the Porsche purchasing experience!!
You guys have a great customer service oriented service department. We had a rock lodge between the rotor and brake caliper on our A5 convertible. The sound the brake made was similar to a lathe grinding down metal. We had to tow it in, and your guys got us squeezed in, diagnosed, rotor checked for damage and out of there in less than an hour. And you did all that for no charge. Thank you.

The staff is super nice! But I was told that I cant test drive a car unless I'm 25 or older but they are happy to sell me a car.... I'm 100 percent not buying a car without test driving it. They will let you sit in the cars start up the cars but not drive the cars unless you are 25 or older.
